rossnowlagh blue flag beach

Rossnowlagh is a blue flag beach in Rossnawlagh County Donegal. The beaches stran is named Belalt Strand. This extends to the north-northwest for over 2km - from the cliffs at Coolmore in the south to the rock outcrop at Carrickfad.
Rossnowlagh is a very busy beach with a long tradition of beach parking and large resident and day-tripper populations. It is one of Irelands main surfing beaches.
