We had a very nice stay and our children much enjoyed the pool. We also LOVED the warm fire and sitting area. The bar and restaurant were fine too. Your staff was helpful and courteous. This area of Donegal is so beautiful! Our only real complaint: The door knobs, and the noise associated with them, really were an unnecessary annoyance, particularly with children. I dislike having to use a key to close a room door from the outside when my children are watching the TV inside and we're in the room next door.

The friendliness of the staff was very welcoming and the hotel was very cosy. Breakfast was amazing as we had more than we could eat.
We both really enjoyed our stay in Ostan na Rostan, in particular the access to sauna, swimming pool etc.
The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. This was a 'Get away break for us' and proved to be just what we wanted. The weather happened to be lovely, so we got to enjoy the benefits of the outdoor seating over looking the wonderful seaview and bay of Donegal, most relaxing for the break we really needed. The entertainment in the hotel was also pleasant, with a local Irish group.
Liked the laid back feel,we would stay there again.
