self catering property located near to Dunkineely town, Co Donegal. The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and is set in half an acre of lawned gardens in a picturesque rural setting.
The house has 4 superb double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite with a large family bathroom also. The lounge has a large open fire and the kitchen/dinner is fitted with all mod cons.
Views from the house are fabulous; Lake Namanfin is stocked with brown and rainbow trout while you can also admire the backdrop of mountains of Binban and Carnawin.

From Dunkineely take the Ardara Roadd,at the 1st crossroads turn right, go straight ahead for about 3km until you pass the Caravan Park. Lochnamafin House is the second house on the right hand side.
Rooms
This 4 star house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. The ground floor bedrooms are both doubles, with a 2 seater setee and large ensuite bathroom in one. The other is also ensuite.
Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms both with twin beds, one has a setee and the other a television.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge
Cot is available on request
Oil central heating is included free of charge
Facilities
The lounge has a large open fire place with leather suite, TV, DVD and Video. During your stay you can choose from a good selection of films, lots of board games, library of books, ideal for a cosy night in.
The kitchen/diner has all cooking facilities and also includes a dishwasher, in the utility room you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet and sink.
Ample parking is provided on the grounds of this property. As well as a half acre of lawned gardens with swings for children.
Please note: Electricity is not included, there is a coin meter for electricity downstairs which takes €2 coins.

Lake Namanfin is very close to Lochnamafin House and is ideal for fishing with plenty of brown and rainbow trout.
Also close to the house are Binban and Carnawin mountains with many trekking and hiking tracks for the fit and adventurous.
Within 10kms
Castle Murray House Restaurant at St. Johns Point has a great reputation for fine food. Killybegs is the biggest fishing port in Ireland , large and small boats from all over Europe dock here. The village has lots of pubs, hotels offering good food and music. Melly Fish and Chip shop is definatley not to be missed!
Just outside Killybegs is the beautiful sheltered beach of Fintra and while here why not visit The Clocktower pub for bite to eat.
Nearby is the town of Dunkineely, here you will find good pubs playing traditional Irish music and serving hearty food.
Ardara is also within an easy drive of here, this bustling town has many shops, pubs and restaurants.
