This unique development of apartments is superbly located in the heart of Letterkenny’s town centre. With its central location it is only a short stroll away from the town’s excellent choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs and retail parks. Letterkenny is one of the most vibrant towns in Ireland with an established reputation for friendliness and hospitality. Each 2 bed-roomed town house is fully equipped to the highest standard and visitors are provided with free secure car parking.

Donegal as a whole is renowned for its unspoilt beauty, world class blue flag beaches and rugged landscapes. The stunning Glenveagh National Park, castle, and numerous scenic walks are all within 30 minutes drive.  Rathmullan beach is only 15 km away, while well-known Portsalon blue flag beach is 30 km (recently voted the most beautiful beach in the world). Gartan outdoor adventure centre is only 15 minutes drive away for the more adventurous.

The nearest Bus Eireann bus station is a 3 minute walk from the Town Houses.

Private bus services from the Dublin and Galway also stop here

 There are no railway lines in County Donegal.  Therefore the nearest train station is at Derry (also known as Londonderry), which is about half an hour’s drive away.
 
 There are 2 regional airports serving the North West.  Both have daily services to and from Dublin.  Donegal Airport is circa 50 minutes away.  Derry Airport is 35 minutes away.
 
 The nearest port is at Larne, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. The Port of Larne is about 2½ hours drive from Letterkenny.
 
 By car one should take the national route for Letterkenny.  More detailed directions are provided on confirmation of booking.

Each Town House has 2 bedrooms: All on the ground floor with the main bathroom (bath with overhead shower).  One has a large double bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower, the other has two single beds.  Cots can be provided for any of these bedrooms if required.

This spacious living room has a black leather suite, TV, DVD player, coffee table and leather foot rest for complete relaxation during your stay. There is also a modern kitchen designed to make light work of food preparation. A solid wooden table and chairs complements the kitchen and it is fully equipped with four ring electric cooker with grill, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle. All utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided.

We had a lovely time the lady who owned the apartment was very pleasant and accomodating. The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The location was very central but not noisy. It felt like a home from home and the kids loved it.

We provide bed linen, bath and hand towels, tea towels (drying cloths) and a dish cloth.  Face Cloths are not provided. 
Where a cot has been requested, the client must provide the linen for it.  Cots and high chairs can be provided on request at no additional charge. 
As well as the other equipment listed, an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided for your use.
Secure parking is available in our multi-storey car park, which is locked from 11 pm to 7 am.  There is also a security guard who does random checks on the complex at weekends.  Our caretaker is also on call 24/7.
Sorry no pets allowed.
Electric Storage Heaters are used throughout. Electricity costs are an extra charge, which is payable by the client on departure is according to metered usage.
