Danny & Genevieve McElwee welcome you to their family home.  Fern House Bed & Breakfast is a traditional 19th century town house, sensitively renovated, full of character yet tastefully modernised.

The house is situated on the N56 in the village of Kilmacrennan, 9KM from Letterkenny in the most central spot in County Donegal.

Your hosts, the McElwee Family have been welcoming guests from all over the globe for over 20 years.

Daniel a native of Kilmacrennan has a mint of knowledge about the locality and the entire North West. He has a keen interest in the history of families who live there and families who have emigrated from Kilmacreannan.

He is a professional driver, this makes him a top tour guide, and he knows every nook and cranny in County Donegal. His wife Genevieve who enjoys home cooking and baking provides the Healthy breakfast, Continental breakfast, Special requests or the Full Irish breakfast fit for any globetrotter.

Fern B&B has 4 beautifully decorated en-suite rooms available, each room has a double + single bed.  Bedroom facilities include superior beds for a great nights rest, TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities in all rooms.
