Four Star

Letterkenny Road, Donegal Town, Donegal, Donegal Show on a map

Donegal Manor prides itself in being small enough to offer each of our guests sincere Irish hospitality throughout their stay and large enough to provide each guest with their own private space in beautifully decorated bedrooms.
So if you prefer a little bit of fuss, excellent breakfast, lots of local information and the warmth of an open turf fire then Donegal Manor is the place for you.

The location is great and easily accessible from Donegal town. We were given a large room, which was very clean and comfortable. The owners were welcoming and friendly. We very much enhjoyed our stay.

The person who checked us in was not very helpful. We had asked about dinner there and he said they only open the restaurant on Saturdays if someone is booked and he didnt know whether it would be open or not - and he didnt offer to find out! When we came back in later that evening, people were eating in there. The room could best be described as "utilitarian". Nothing special, but spacious and clean. Not quite what I expected and probably the least favorite of any of the Ireland and UK B&Bs Ive stayed at. The breakfast was very good, though. I would not likely recommend it to a friend and would not stay there again.
