Curragh Mor Cottage is a beautiful self catering thatched cottage which was originally built in the 1800s. It is situated on its own Private grounds in a scenic rural area near the village of Ardara in County Donegal. The cottage is well equipped and beautifully decorated for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

If you are in Ardara take the road for Donegal known locally as the Wood Road for 4 miles. Alternatively if you are in Donegal town continue on the N56 at Mclntyres service station. Topax at the roundabout outside Donegal town for 7 miles. You then take the right turn which is signposted for Ardara ( Ardara 16km) There will be a sign saying Ardara, Home of the Festivals, Please note that you will cross Inver Bridge approx 1 mile before this turn off. He cottage is 6 miles from this point where you turn off and is on your right hand side. There is a sign at the cottage “Curragh Mor Cottage”
The cottage can sleep up to five people and contains a fully refurbished Kitchen area, separate living area, two bedrooms and shower. For your convenience there is oil central heating throughout. He living room has an electric stove which creates a very cosy atmosphere in the room. The cottage has all modern convenience including a dishwasher, washer/dryer/microwave and TV. There is a cot available. Past guests have found the cottage ideally located for touring North West Donegal and indeed Northern Ireland. Children are welcome and enjoy playing in the garden at the front of the cottage. Reduced weekend rates October to June.
