Liked the hotel - great location, very central. Clean and modern. Reception desk staff friendly and polite. Only had breakfast there but did not find restaurant staff to be very friendly - not rude- but not welcoming.
The room was great, go for the superior room, it was a lovely corner suite. View of the city walls was incredible!
We were three in the room, had booked so, but there were only 2 of all products (towels, cups...) But it was rectified as soon as we told the reception about it. The ring tone is slightly disturbing.
Great location. Only problem was the garage was full the first night so we had to park in a nearby lot. Would be nice to have breakfast included in price. View from room overlooking the walls was great. Enjoyed our stay!
I was very glad the restaurant was open early because no other local places were open.
The night porter was really friendly and helpful. Hotel bar was closed earlier than normal pub hours which was both unexpected and disappointing. Location is great.
Rooms were great, staff very friendly. The heating broke down when we were there, no hot water in the morning.
The bathroom was very comfortable
