Helpfulness of the staff-superb
I like the breakfast in the hotel. It was pretty good.
Good convenient locatiion, modern in style, which also means bland but very clean, everything you need all amenities except iron/board in room. toilet positioned oddly in my bathroom. staff pleasane without being 'friendly'. breakfast package cereals, tinned grapefruit and buffet cooked course rather than cooked to order. was not offered newspaper delivery. however no real deficits but no outstanding features. overall exudes a holiday inn/quality inn anonimity.
Very new and nice hotel. Great reception area and nice restaurant on the river. A big plus - it had an on-site parking garage.
A very friendly relaxing ambience
The hotel is very central in the city and is good for shopping etc as it is only minutes from the centre. The hotel was very clean and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good choice. The only bad point I had with this hotel was the parking was very limited, we were lucky as we were there early, but there are very few spaces and no obvious other car parks close by.
Very central, everything is beside it. We went on 17th March and the hotel and the whole city was buzzing. We only live up the road in Omagh but staying in the City Hotel was one of my better ideas.

It is central and easy to get to even though it looks like its out of the way but once you start walking aroud you realise its easy enough to get too. When we got there we found out that they close their carpark so this may not suit if you were going out at night in the car, but we used the car park across the road from it it was free at the weekend.
Convenient, city centre. Problem with insufficient car parking. All attractions within walking distance. Would stay there again.

The whole overall stay was very good from parking to staff, rooms ,entertainment we where made to feel as if we where special on all the times we have stayed there. I will be back again.
