Groraty Manor is a newly open family run Bed & Breakfast located only 3 miles from Derry City Centre.
This newly built house is set on a one acre site and is tastefully decorated, the house is environmentally friendly with 50kw log burner and solar panels.  Each bedroom is nicely decorated with en suite facilities.

Directions

From Derry City Centre
Take the (A2) Buncrana Road, straight through Branch Roundabout, past Centra Supermarket on left, then turn left unto Whitehouse Road and follow signs. Striaght through crossroads continue for 1.25 miles. Turn left a T junction and Groarty Manor is the first entrance on right.

The staff/family were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Lovely property with great view - really made us feel welcome. Above average with the feeling of home!!!
