Ballyhenry House is situated on a 350 acre farm in the Roe Valley surrounded by Donegal Hills and Spreein Mountains and only 3.5 miles from the Radisson SAS Roe Park Hotel.  

The house was built in 1898 and has been home to several generations of the Kane family ever since. In 2006 the house was sympathetically renovated restoring some of the original features such as the cornicing in the Drawing room, Dining room and Sunroom, restoring the original woodwork, staircase and stone fireplace, and adding some modern luxuries such as the natural marble ensuite bathrooms to each of the 4 bedrooms.

There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 family room, opening onto a veranda with great views of the garden, orchard and the breathtaking Binevenagh Mountain range.

We are ideally situated on the Seacoast Road:
3 miles to Limavady and the Radisson Roe Hotel, Spa and Golf complex
5 miles to the beautiful blue flag Benone Beach complex, with golf and outdoor pool and park for kids
20 minutes drive to the stunning Downhill Beach and Mussendun Temple. Both Benone and Downhill Beaches are great for Windsurfing and Bodyboarding
15 minutes drive to the Gliding centre
15 minutes drive to the Lough Foyle Ferry crossing to north Donegal
3 miles to the pretty Bellarena train station, with a lovely coastal route to the City of Derry (20 minutes by train to Derry)
45 minutes to the Giants Causeway

From Derry take A2, east to Limavady to Downhill B69 at roundabout (about three miles North of Limavady.) Continue on the Seacoast Road for approx. 3 miles and the house in on the left hand side.
