Water Rock House Country Inn speciality is local food prepared in the familiar traditional fashion. Steak and Roast Beef can be traced to the farm down the road as can fish to the trawlers in Ballycotton. Vegetables are grown in east cork and make their way at their freshest to the table of customers at WaterRock.
This period house is set in large lovingly manicured gardens with the famous Water Rock as a centre piece. The grounds are perfect for visiting wedding photographs and indeed there have been a number of delightfull small weddings accommodated in the Marquee.
The ample parking and private grounds make WaterRock House Counry Inn ideal for any kind of function.
Water Rock House is renowned for its mouth watering cuisine. Highly recommended!

Description
Water Rock House is situated off the dual carriageway on the Cork side of Midleton. It is more of a Country Inn than a posh courtry house. The grounds are manicured with greenery and flowers against a backdrop of a giant rock that is the Water Rock, so called because a stream disappears under it, never to reappear.
The fare at Water Rock House is traditional country food. Local producers provide the food that wil end up on your plate. For those that do not know East Cork produces the finest of Beef, so if it is steak or roast beef you want then this the place to visit. The seaside village of Ballycotton is the home of seafood so just try the Water Rock fish of the day.
