the general theme of the hotel needed modernising and updating
Very central location, everything was good with no real problems.
Bad access with luggage - no 'bell-boy' help or lift from street level. Very friendly bar staff, some language problems with waiting staff. One of our rooms was very noisy because of casino nearby.
I had a very enjoyable stay here. The Staff were excellent and very helpful, If you want a late night bar go somewhere else. The breakfast was great, and all in all it was great value for money, but do book it through goireland as it was supposed to be booked out when I rang it directly.
