We were really impressed with the room, it was very impressive. The night porter was very friendly and accommodating when we returned from our night out.

Had a great stay. Very relaxing. Facilities were great. We had a room with a river view (fab). The outside hot pool is great. Staff were great, friendly but did not intrude on your space. Breakfast was top class. Room was lovely (bit flowery but fits in with the feel of the place). Walked away feeling relaxed and will be staying there again. A lovely spot also to visit for breakfast before the start of a hectic day or for afternoon tea/dinner to end a days shopping.

Overall the staff were profesional and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We found the price of food in the bar a little expensive.
