This club is located in East Cork, about 20 miles east of Cork City. We are currently a Junior Club with adult teams in both Hurling and Football and a very active under-age section down to the age at which they can first hold a hurley or kick a ball (6 months).

Erins Own G.A.A Club was founded in 1963 with the amalgamation of the two parish clubs, Knockraha and Little Island. There are different formats to suit, such as a relay event (for up to five people) if you don’t want to run the whole length of the course and there is also a wheelchair category. There will also be some on course entertainment to keep the spectators entertained between runners, so a grand day is assured for all. Planning is underway to make 2008 an even bigger success....
