The menu revolves around constant themes, with an appetiser of various japanese foods to begin - marinated tofu, sashimi, pickled seaweed - followed by suimono, a clear soup, and then one chooses from an assortment of dishes: sashimi, sushi, masu-yaki, perhaps a mix of styles such as tempura-sashimi.
