Directions

From Blarney village find the signpost for Waterloo Road. Drive for about a quarter of a mile until you come to a sharp bend on the road. Pond House is on the right, signposted with a green in front.

Description

The home is in a country setting with wonderful views and walkways nearby. Each of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities as well as TV and hospitality tray. Pond House caters for families of all ages and even comes equipped with playground and playroom. Your hosts, the Looney Family offer children’s meals and a babysitting service on request.
With so much to do in Blarney and the surrounding area you won’t know what to do first. Needless to say when in Blarney you have to visit the legendary Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle and your first priority is to kiss it - it is said that you will the have the gift of eloquence or the gift of the gab' as the Irish call it. Golf can also be enjoyed at Blarney Golf Course and lots more courses scattered throughout the area. Since Cork City is only a short drive away, you can always shop ‘til you drop on Patrick’s Street or enjoy the local bars and restaurants dotted throughout the city.

This B&B is OUTSTANDING!! Tom and Mary as well as their family are extremely welcoming! Very friendly and talkative with their guests. They really make you feel like part of the family. The room was large and very spacious, and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
