Oakland Bed and Breakfast is an 18th century town house on the Lower Glanmire Road in Cork city offering a really good standard of accommodation. It’s only about a 5 minute walk from the city centre and very convenient if you’re arriving by public transport. Inside there are five guest bedrooms, two twin rooms and three double & single rooms. All are en suite and are nicely furnished and decorated to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Cork City is the commercial hub of County Cork and is becoming more and more popular for its unique atmosphere. It’s a shopper’s paradise and is bursting at the seams with top class bars, clubs and restaurants.

14 minute walk to city centre, 40metres from train station, which made it a bit noisy, but it was a very easy walk which was great for those on foot.
