A very warm welcome awaits you at OMurchu's. Our home is a 4 star Board failte approved country home, situated 5km south of KInsale, on the R600 to west cork.

From Cork take the R600 (Airport road) to Kinsale. On arrival in Kinsale, stay on the R600 keeping the water to your left. Cross over the bridge, bearing right at the end. Carry on for approximately 4 kilometers until you come to a four way cross roads (Barrells Cross). Take the right hand turn and O’ Murchu’s is the first house on the right.
This modern home features three en suite bedrooms, all are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished to ensure you get a decent night's sleep. This is the perfect location for the golf enthusiast as Old Head Golf Links is only about a 5-minute drive away. There are also numerous signposted scenic walks to choose from. Kinsale town itself is bursting at the seams with excellent pubs and restaurants while its nearby sandy beach make it ideal for those who enjoy watersports.
O’ Murchu’s offers spacious and well decorated ensuite bedrooms. Each room is complete with its own TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and so are easily accessible.
O’Murchu is an ideal base for touring West Cork, Blarney Castle, Cobh Heritage Centre, and the Jameson Distillery along with many more attractions. There are many activities in the locality for those who enjoy the outdoors such as, horse riding, fishing, surfing, and golfing. For those of you looking for something more relaxing, perhaps a stroll on the nearby blue flags beaches or a cruise around Kinsale Harbour is more up your street. Kinsale, the gourmet capital of Ireland promises a host of good restaurants, traditional music, and fabulous scenery. Whatever your interests, your sure to find it while you take a well earned break in Kinsale.

We had a pleasant stay here but was a bit disappointed with the breakfast meal. (We were promised waffles and they didn't materilise?)
