Really good location. Nice comfortable room. Very professional and friendly staff. Rang a couple of times to find directions as didn't have a map and the receptionist was very helpful.

Staff were extremley helpful for ordering taxi's or advising us on where to go. Food was beautiful and they even made a toastie that was not on the menu to suit diet requirements.
Some of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, whilst others weren't so competent.

Lobby, bar area, etc very nice. Rooms themselves very basic and clearly getting battered with use. Room cleaning service very haphazard - sometimes room cleaned immaculately, other times surfaces clearly only given a cursory wipe and dirty towels not replaced.
1. Sign posting for the hotel was very poor. 2. Although the hotel and staff were lovely, the service in the bar was extremely slow despite there only being a handful of people there at the time.
I think this hotel, is gorgeous hotel, great value for money, it was situated nicely, not too in the centre of town but near enough!

The young lady at reception - I think her name is Lily - was particualarly helpful. Improve the bedside lamps (for reading)for older folk like myself and my wife. This is a common problem for us at most hotels.
The pool and the gym were a great service in hotel. The beds could have been softer and bigger for two. The staff helped us in our needs.
The service was very friendly , and the room itself was very good and unsusually spacious. However , there are too few lifts and some of the stairs don't service all floors.We were on the 4th floor with kids , so we were dependant on the lift - it turned out there there was only one which served our floor which resulted in long waits. When we tried to take the main staircase, we discovered that it didn't serve the 4th floor either .. very confusing and impractical.
Because the price was so good we prepared ourselfs for a basic hotel, well you can imagine our delight when we got there, we where thrilled to see such a beautiful hotel!
During our stay, we really appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were willing to help us everytime we needed it and were very informative. I cannot fault the room we stayed in in any way- it was a huge room with an equally big en suite and I have never seen such quality in a hotel for such an affordable price. The facilities were excellent-i spent most of my time there in the jacuzzi while my girlfriend opted for the sauna and steamroom. We didnt really try out the restaurant or bar, hence why i only gave it a three!The local amenities were not bad as the hotel is only a short stroll from the city centre but it IS located in a relatively secluded area. As regards value for money, I will definately be choosing this hotel the next time I stay in Cork.

The staff are very helpful it is a very nice hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although it was only for one night. We left a guide book in the room - we rang to see if it was there and someone rang us back to say it was. They kept it for us until we passed through Cork on our way to the airport for our return home. Thank you
I have absolutely no complaints and found our stay at the Quality Hotel to be very impressive and welcoming.
