Very frendly and helpful staff

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the rooms, although they were very clean, could perhaps do with a re-vamp, painting, new bathroom, new bed spreads.
It was close to the bus station which was good as we had to get to the airport;we were going to Portugal. The staff in Jurys Inn very friendly

You get a good budget experience. No frills but rooms are clean and well equipped and staff are friendly. Location is ideal.
The staff were efficient and friendly, the hotel was in an ideal location, close to centre, bus station, train station etc.
