The location was spectacular. The staff in the hotel were the best I have encountered in Ireland. Very friendly and helpful and attentive to the guests needs. The food in the hotel bar and restaurant was excellent. Sea food to die for!
The staff were so so nice and helpful. Meal in dining room was delicious and again staff so pleasant. Felt like a queen in treatment rooms! One thing though - not fault of staff - 2 women made relaxation room not so relaxing by talking non-stop quite loudly. Perhaps a "shhh" sign wouldn't go astray. Didn't complain to staff - decided it would take from my own quiet mood !
Cant fault the hotel nor staff, they were very helpful and obliging, the spa and pool was excellent, recommended my friends to try it out they will not be disappointed.
