room was at front of hotel got no sleep 1st nite street was so busy changed rooms 2nd nite it was grand no noise
The desk people were very helpful with our travel routes.
It was a nice hotel with all the needs we required, we thought it was quirky and lovely waterfall outside and also was quiet even though it was on a busy street, the staff was friendly and helpful .
The staff was helpful and pleasant. The main issue was that the our room was very smokey. And on cleaning should have been obvious as one of the guest is asthmatic. An why an ashtray in a room? There was 3 booked for our room and only 2 towels. The hotel is nice and has a facility for large groups and would consider booking to stay there again. Bathroom needs updating and from Rm 303 if you want total R & R avoid as you could hear lots of noise from the collection of bottles.
there was a strong bad smell in the room that came from the restaurant. the staff was very kind.
