The hotel is in an excellent location which I knew before I went there.The staff were in the main excellent with the exception of the receptionist who dealt with me on leaving. I was telling her my opinion of me stay which she asked for and she completely ignored me and my comments which were voiced by my companion.I feel the last serving for breakfast and check could be an hour later and would not come back were the times to remain the same. Only other problem is the bar is way too far from reception and rooms as you have to go outside and come back in again, but apart from that and I am rarely a complainer it's a great hotel and location.
