You’ll receive a genuine Irish welcome at Findus House, a well established, family run farmhouse bed & breakfast near the County Cork town of Macroom.  Findus House has been recommended by the Frommers Guide and consists of six comfortable and spacious guest bedrooms. Breakfast is a guaranteed treat, with a range of home made breads, scones, jams, pancakes and of course the Full Irish Breakfast to delight the taste buds.

Set in beautiful rural countryside centrally located and an ideal base to tour Cork/Kerry beauty spots. We are also adjacent to Europe’s only Toy Soldier Factory. Recommend by Travel Guides. Piano and Guitar available to guest. Bring your own wine and enjoy a singsong in our spacious lounge.

Despite dated furniture and fittings, everything is functional and clean. A very warm welcome and a hearty breakfast. Very peaceful surroundings. Excellent value for money.

Findus house is a great place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy the countryside. Michael and Mary a very friendly and make you feel more than just a guest in their home. The breakfasts were excellent and I highly recommend having the pancakes which were absolutely delicious.

This is a very nice place with welcoming hosts and is well sign posted so it is easy to find in its rural location. Comfortable rooms - hot water and roomy bathrooms, quiet rural setting, great breakfast - the hostess is an excellent cook. Over 30 years in operation.

This is a fantastic base from which to discover the natural scenic beauty of the south west of Ireland. The property is about 9.5km from Macroom with easy access to Ring of Kerry, Blarney signposted on N22 near the Halfway House Pub.
