This is an event that celebrates all things agriculutral and it  has been running for the past 24 years and has grown from a one day show to a major 2 day event. The 2008 event will be held form the 28th to 29th of June....

Our festival caters for young and old with everything from threshing, vintage steam rally amusements, music, bar facilities, monster market and car boot sale....

The Wild Boar Festival, Kanturk. A festival of the people, for the people, by the people.This is a festivial of street entertainment, where you can see clowns, magic,bands buskers and so much more. The fireworks at night really make the town come to life.   All are welcome.
