this hotel is exceptional value for money - we paid 30 euro each for bed and breakfast in a double room en-suite. we stayed in this hotel on 07 nov, and had a wonderful time. the hotel is quite old and quaint - old style furnishings and decor. our room was quite large, clean and comfy. the en-suite bathroom was fairly spacious, with a bath/shower - lots of hot water! the staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging towards your every need. we had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar before our dinner. the food was absolutely amazing - and relatively good value for money - 60 euro between us for 2 starters and 2 main courses. we both had sirloin steaks for our main course and they were delicious. neither of us were able to finish what was on our plates as the portions were huge! there was a guy singing and playing guitar in the evening in the bar which was quite good. we stayed in the bar for the evening for a few drinks - quite reasonable prices considering it was a hotel bar - less than 10 euro for a pint and a glass of wine. In the morning we went to the dining room for breakfast - extensive choice of hot cooked breakfast or continental style breakfast. again neither of us managed to clear our plates! delicious! overall we would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back for a visit in the near future.
