The pretty town of Clonakility is only a 10 minute drive away, were you can find shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a childresn playground in Clonakility town making it an ideal loctioan for a family break away.

Directions to carrigeen

From Cork Airport: Take the 3rd exit at roundabout on the R600, Take the N71 for Innishannon, Bandon, Clonakility. At roundabout in Clonakility take the Coastal Route for Ring and follow signpost for Ballinglanna.

Train Station: Cork City 50 minutes drive.
Airport: Cork: 50 minutes drive.
Ferryport: Cork City 50 minutes drive.

Rooms

This holiday rental consists of four comfortable bedrooms, the breakdown is as follows: one double room ensuite, one double bed, twin bed and one bunkbeds. It can accommodate eight people at ease. Bed linen and towels are supplied free.

All bedrooms are bright, spacious and carpeted throughout.

Activities which can be enjoyed locally are Pony Trekking, angling, horseriding, golf and swimming.

Places to visit include the site of Micheal Collins ambush and the Model Railway Village in Clonakility.
