If we had kept our mouth shut we had a good chance of getting a veiw room free. The room itself offered us very little. For €260, one might expect a complimentry bottle of water. We were charged over €5 for asking for 2 small bottles of water to be placed in our room. Overall I would not recommend the Carlton Kinsale to anyone. It was too expensive for what we received. If a meal had been included in the price, one might not be as upset of wasting so much money.
