Directions

The hotel is situated 3 miles from the centre of Blarney village, the Blarney Golf Resort is a mere 8 miles from Cork city and its International Airport.
Travelling By Road.
Chauffeur driven or self drive cars can be arranged by the hotel.

From the Dublin:

After taking the M8 Fermoy by pass the M8 will merge into the N8. Drive on this road and at the Dunkettle Interchange roundabout you take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the N8 (signposted Cork) Entering Cork. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N8 (signposted Cork). Continue for approximately two kilometres and take the slip road at the Tivoli flyover. Follow the signs for Limerick through Blackpool and onto the N20. At Clogheenmilcon Interchange branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R617 (signposted Blarney). Continue forward onto the R617 through Blarney and then Entering tower. Turn right up the hill for two kilometres and we are on the right hand side.

From Galway/Limerick:

Using the N20 Limerick Road Continue forward through Charleville, Buttevant, Newtwopothouse and Mallow. Continue forward onto the N20 entering Rathduff. At Clogheenmilcon Interchange branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R617 (signposted Blarney). Continue forward onto the R617 through Blarney and then Entering tower. Turn right up the hill for two kilometres and we are on the right hand side.

Travelling by Train
You can reach Cork City from all major towns and cities. The main train station in Cork City is Kent Station. We are approximately 20 minutes by Car from this station

Travelling by Air

Cork international Airport is 20 minutes by taxi from the Resort. Shannon airport can be reached in less than 2 hours. Arrangements can also be made to land helicopters at the Blarney Golf Resort.

Local Area

Blarney is one of Ireland’s most renowned villages, with Blarney Castle being one of the most popular destinations for tourists.
Blarney Castle is, of course, famous for its stone with legend having it that those who kiss the stone will forever acquire the gift of eloquence or the gab!
You can also visit Blarney Home and Gardens and the Blarney Castle Estate with its magnificent woodland walks. And now there is Blarney Golf Resort right at the heart of the Blarney experience.
Cork city also has many attractions such as theatres, shops, museums, restaurants and bars, golf courses, fishing, walking and equestrian events.

After a day on the golf course or touring around Blarney take advantage of the extremely well-equipped Health Spa & Club with a 20m swimming pool, tanning facilities, Jacuzzi and steam rooms, not to mention an assortment of treatment rooms, for pampering and relaxation after a long day.

Or if you prefer, you can indulge yourself in one of the many beauty treatments on offer ranging from Jessica/Jessana manicures and pedicures to full facials and St. Tropez tanning.
If fitness and training are the main reasons for our visit to The Health Club, you will find a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular equipment, machine and free weights to put you through your paces. Our fully trained instructors will be on hand and are more than happy to assist those who require personalised training programmes, tailored to your specific needs.

After a long day of shopping or golfing,  where better to de-stress and relax than in the tranquil environs of our treatment rooms. Here you can ease out those tired muscles with a wide range of classical Spa treatments in one of our 5 treatment rooms. Take a little extra time for yourself before your treatment and really unwind in the steam room and sauna.

Our skilled therapists will help you choose from a varied menu that include facials, massage and hand & feet treats. For real indulgance try one of our fantastic body wraps, scrubs or polishes. For those finishing touches manicures, pedicures and tanning are also available. Fresh gowns are provided to all guest taking a treatment.

We have choosen the pure and natural Yon-Ka face and body skincare to use in our treatments. The heart of this range is the aromatic composition of lavender, cypress, rosemary, thyme and geranium essential oils blended with a wealth of plant extract. Each ingredient has a specific role for your skin: the fruit acids moisturize and enhance the complexion, the vitamins combat free radicals, the seaweed re-mineralize and the plant oils nourish and soften.

The check-in was friendly and swift. The room was very comfortable and a good size, as were the beds. The bathroom was also roomy and modern. All of the staff were very pleasant especially in the restaurant. We used room service only once and the service was very prompt. Extremely pleasant receptionist at check-out time.
