Its not a luxury hotel as self described. Its not even a good mid-level hotel. Not happy considering the cost. They tried to offer us different room type than we had booked but did sort it out after we pushed hard to change it.
lovely quaint hotel friendly staff
I thought the rooms were lovely and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and though we had no problems, I'm sure if we did they'd have been on hand to deal with it immediately.
The room was well decorated
Bella Vista was our overall favorite accommodation during our entire visit to Ireland. The staff was exceptional in assisting us with any questions or concerns. Ola took time in answering all my email questions prior to our visit and, also, addressed our needs when we arrived. We appreciated Kevin's hospitality and knowledge of what to see in the area.
