Recommended by Lets Go Travel Guide, An Stór is a great hostel located just 20 minutes on the N25 to Cork City in the centre of Midleton in East Cork. It is ideally situated as a centre to visit the attractions of Cork, Waterford and South Tipperary. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to well known family attractions such as Youghal, Trabolgan and Fota Island.  The town is served by bus and train routes. The hostel was convenient and great hosts. The Hostel was full so I was surprised to have my own room away from the bussle of activity in the rest of the hostel.

Staff on check in very friendly. Cost was less than quoted on website. Very central location. Not strict on check out time.
