Confusion over rooms, had to switch rooms, three rooms spread out initially over three floors, problem rectified satisfactorily, otherwise lovely hotel.

The whole experience was excellent, but if I have to single out anything, it would be the staff who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was good in the restaurant and bar (as was the Guiness!), and the pool and facilities excellent.

Our schedule changed at the last minute and we weren't able to check in until pretty late-- but we called to let the hotel know and the hotel staff were VERY accomodating. Our check in was very smooth even though it was close to midnight. I still can't believe we paid so little for such an amazing hotel. I'd DEFINITELY recommend it!

Every staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely but the staff were simply outstanding!

We came across this wonderful hotel by accident and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We could not have asked for better value, excellent staff and privacy. We would definitely go back again.
