The Cascades is particularly breath-taking whenever the fiver is in flood. The torrent of water over the rocky steps spans over 200 metres. Spectacular views of the Cascades can be found from the River Walk. Ennistymon is the birthplace of the poet Brian Merriman, whose famous poem ‘Cúirt an Mhéan Oíche’ is still considered and Irish Classic.

The Station House is only a few minutes from the remarkable geography that makes up the Burren. The strange and unusual rock formations and flora are unique and exciting. Don’t forget to visit the Aillwee Caves featuring stalactites, stalagmites and a striking waterfall. The Cliffs of Moher are amongst the highest in the British Isles and Ireland. The 700 foot drop is not for the faint of heart. Lahinch is just down the road featuring a world famous seaside resort and a championship golf course.
