This hotel is in dire need of major renovations. It is outdated and extremely dingy. The interior is like something out of the 60's and there is a distinctive off putting smell throughout the whole hotel. Our room was relatively clean but the bathroom was carpeted and there was a mouldy damp smell. The door handle kept falling off, which obviously didnt make me feel too safe, and the headboard also fell off! There was also a sink in the bedroom which gurgled the whole way through the night every time a toilet was flushed either above us or near our room, keeping us awake all night. Overall, I could in no circumstnces recommend this hotel to ANYONE. When the above problems were brought to the managements attention on our departure, 4euro was deducted from our bill. An absolute insult in my opnion.

Value for money was very poor and for €110 per room per night we expected a certain standard which was not met. Decor from 1940's, no sink in the bathroom!!, peeling wall paper, hair in breakfast and bed, stains on blankets on beds, mould on bread, stained ceiling panels, bad smell from room. Would not recommend to anyone. Very Disappointing and Recommend that it be taken off website as not a good standard to advertise on your website.

Very welcoming and friendly staff at hotel.Rooms are basic and a little dated but very clean.Great Irish breakfasts.Enjoyed our stay very much,but a little overpriced for a 2* hotel.

very old fashioned, musky and way over priced. we thought we were back in time because of the decor and certainly didnt deserve the 100 euro which it cost for one night.

Place is very centrally located in Lahinch. About 200 metres from the end of the main street. Hotel is a nice step back in time in terms of decor but the rooms are clean and functional.

It was a very enjoyable step back in time, to the 1970's. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly in the nicest possible way. Decor and amenities a throw back but enjoyable.

Very enjoyable stay. Service, location and food were excellent. We liked the fact that it is a little away from the noisy nightlife - although we enjoyed the noisy nightlife before we went to bed!

Friendly staff, easy access to the beach and on the way to Cliff of Moher, good value for money.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were lovely. The hotel is clean its just the hotel furbishings are quite old. It neds to be refurbished!
