Curraghkyle House is a beautiful self catering farmhouse located in the countryside near Corofin in County Clare. It can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of modern day living and experience an idyllic haven of peace and relaxation. This farmhouse, which is attached to the owner’s residence, has been beautifully restored and is situated on a working farm, giving you the chance to experience daily life on a farm and participate in the daily chores with the animals.

It has three bedrooms that can sleep up to five people and there is also a baby’s cot if required. There is a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living area, a garden for guest use and private parking.
This is the perfect destination if you want to escape to the wilderness and beauty of the west of Ireland. The surrounding countryside is a haven for fishermen and birdwatchers. The holiday home is only one hundred metres from the River Fergus and just 2km from Lake Inchiquin, which are two of the main angling hotspots in the area. The area is also popular for birdwatching especially in the winter and there is even a hide near the holiday home. Curraghkyle is also an excellent place to base yourself for visiting some major attractions like the Cliffs of Moher, Lough Derg and the Burren region.
Directions to michael kileen
Take the main road from Ennis to Corofin. In Corofin take the road to Ennistymon for 3km. You’ll see the entrance on the right hand side with a black gate and two stone pillars.
