self catering accommodation situated in the heart of the world famous Burren in County Clare. With magnificent views of Galway Bay, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the stresses of modern life.
The house can accommodate up to twelve people with 6 bedrooms. It is beautifully decorated throughout and has all the comforts of home and a little more. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and a split level living area. Upstairs there is conservatory type living room where you can spend the afternoon relaxing. At the rear of the house there is a patio and garden and ample parking.

From Ennis
Take the N18 Galway Road. One mile past the village of Crusheen turn left for Tubber (T11).
Continue on for about 15 miles to the end of that road and turn right and sharp left onto the Ballyvaughan - Kinvara Road (N67 / T69).
Take the first right for New Quay. At Linnanes bar turn left and the house is first on the left.
From Galway
Take the N18 towards Ennis. Turn right at Kilcolgin for Kinvara. Pass through Kinvara and continue on until you come to the right turn for New Quay.
Rooms
There are 6 bedroom in this house spread over 3 floors, all rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard;
Ground Floor – 2 double bedrooms with shared toilet
First Floor – 2 more bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double, the main bathroom of the house is also located on this floor. This bathroom is newly renovated with Jacuzzi Bath.
Second Floor – 1 twin and 1 double room, as these rooms are on the top floor both have velux windows with views to the front and rear of the property. These rooms share a bathroom with toilet and sink.
Facilities
Ground Floor:
On this level you have a stunning kitchen-dinning area. This is a spacious and airy space with large wooden dining table, breakfast bar overlooking the recessed living rooms. The kitchen is very well designed with all mod cons including little extras for guests convenience.
Three steps down from the kitchen/dining area brings you into the cosy living room. Here a warm brick wall houses a solid fuel iron stove, while large patio doors open onto a paved patio area and landscaped garden – complete with BBQ and furniture.
First Floor
Here you have a large lounge, the perfect spot to relax and get away from it all. This room is very bright and warm with a large conservatory window, offering stunning views of the Burren and Galway Bay. The raised fireplace and comfy leather sofas and TV make it a great place to spend a cold winters night.

Lisheen House is conveniently located within five minutes of the small sandy beach, which is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. There is a pub and restaurant, which serves delicious seafood just a stroll from the house. Your days here, can be filled with fishing, golfing, horse riding and hill walking.

This holiday home is ideally based for touring the spectacular west of Ireland. You can explore the wonders of the Burren from your doorstep, take a drive to the Cliffs of Moher or take a ferry from Doolin to the Aran Islands.
With so much to do and see here, its easy to see why the Burren is one of Irelands best loved holiday resorts
