Description

While staying at Lisdoon Lodge, you are perfectly situated to explore Clare and nearby counties.  Cliffs of Moher 10 mins by car straight from our door, one can visit doolin and also take ferry to Aran Islands, doolin cave.  Also 10 mins you can visit the burren with fantastic views of its flora and fauna, excellent for painting, bird watching, walking cycling ect.  Aillwee caves 20 mins away.  Music in village nightly during summer. If you’re visiting the area in September, enjoy the local ‘Matchmaking Festival’ where you will experience lively entertainment, good company and ‘craic’. Take a guided tour by boat and see the wonderful sights of the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. Lahinch Sea World is 15km from us and boasts 25m pool, kiddies pool, sauna, shops and dine.
