At Hill View Farm House, you can experience life on a working farm. We are located in the middle of a popular fishing area in County Clare, so if you're a keen angler you're in for a real treat. Be sure to pick the brains of the proprietors, who will be happy to point out the best locations for successful angling trips. If you don’t want to go fishing, then you could perhaps walk part of the East Clare Way, a 172km walk through the surrounding countryside. The house is about 10 minutes from East Clare Golf Course, which is an excellent local course, but if you want to play where the champions have played, you can head over to Lahinch or Dromoland, both of which are nearby.
Attractions within easy reach include Bunratty Castle. If you time it right, you could book yourself a place at the medieval banquet. Located close to Tulla is Quin Abbey, which is a 15th-century Franciscan Abbey. At Craggaunnowen, you will find a castle and the Living Past Experience, with crannogs and a ring fort. And no trip to Clare would be complete without a visit to the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher and a day trip to the Aran Islands. This is a pet-friendly B&B. We accommodate guests with pets. We have facilities for walkers, cyclists, and anglers.
