Two of the guestrooms are downstairs, so if you prefer not to haul your luggage upstairs you can stay in one of these. Inside the house you will notice a number of beautiful and eye catching antiques. Outside, guests can relax in the garden and there is also private parking for cars.
Gallows View is just 1.25 miles from one of Ireland’s biggest attractions, Bunratty Castle. This magnificent castle was built in the 15th century and still stands in all its glory today. The castle hosts banquets most nights of the summer, which provides great entertainment, food and drink. You can also visit the 19th century Bunratty Folk Park, or pick up some gifts in the Avoca Handweavers and Blarney Woollen Mills. After a long adventurous day, head to the famous Durty Nelly’s Pub for a relaxing pint or enjoy a mouth watering dinner in one of the local restaurants. With so much to see and do in Bunratty, it’s no wonder it’s regarded as one of Ireland’s best-loved beauty spots.
