Fort Lach is a large modern property, offering relaxing accommodation in a warm and friendly environment. It occupies a scenic rural setting just 500 yards off the N18 in a little area called Drumline, which is just a 10 minute drive from Shannon International Airport in County Clare.

Fort Lach has six spacious and beautifully decorated ensuite guestrooms. You can choose from a double, a twin, a room with a double and single bed and a room with a double bed and two singles. Televions in all rooms. Wireless Broadband available. The bedrooms are comfortable and promises a restful nights sleep.

We would recommend to others - location is really close to Bunratty Castle/Folk Park and the airport is within a five minute drive.

This was a very comfortable home which we used as a base of operations during our stay in Ireland. We drove out every morning and returned to a comfortable room every evening. Because we stayed in one location we did not have to worry about packing up every night and setting up again every day. The couple who runs Fort Lach are very nice and made our stay wonderful. They went out of their way to make our stay great and were extremely accommodating to a young couple with a two-month old baby. We would not have any problems staying there again if we ever end up in the same area.

An early continental breakfast is available to guests and wireless Internet access is available. The bed and breakfast is family friendly and even has a babysitting service which is available on request should the occasion arise. Guests can relax in the lounge area, enjoy a cup of tea and chat to the other guests.

A slection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts are available to guests for very early departures to Shannon Airport.
