This beautiful 3 star property is located in Ennis in County Clare.
Traditional and tastefully decorated, it allows guests to take a step back in time. It is ideally located for touring around the West of Ireland and is under 5km from the main town of Ennis.
Ennis is a bustling market town, full of medieval history and modern conveniences, with many restaurants offering an international range of cuisine.

From Limerick / Shannon take N85, exit 12 to Ennis. From Ennis town take the Galway road, pass the Lidl Supermarket, the hotel "Auburn Lodge" and the Renault Garage, veer left after Ardilaun Bed and Breakfast and see signpost for Ruan. Take this road for 1.2 miles passing Ballyalla Lake until you come to a crossroads, keep straight. Coote Farmhouse is the 5th house on the left hand side; it is a pink two-storey farmhouse set back from the road.
Shop, pub and restaurant all within walking distance. You can also enjoy Ballyalla Lake and walk, which are also located nearby.

Location was very convenient for exploring County Clare and only about five minutes drive from the centre of Ennis for shopping, restaurants etc.

Good well decorated and kept house in tranquil location with garden. Location close to all the amenities of Ennis, a charming town. Could spend evenings relaxing outside after a day sightseeing.

Centrally located, close to many sights in County Clare. One of the best neighborhoods surrounding Ennis. A great place to come home to each day.
This beautiful holiday home offers a spacious rear garden and also has a mature private garden and orchard at the front.
