Staff were friendly and helpful..the room was better than I had anticipated..and not wishing to sound condescending, on par with what I have accustomed to here in Canada/N.America. I would defintitely stay at this hotel again.
I thought it was value for money but I felt the common areas of the hotel were a bit outdated (halls, corridors, etc). Apart from that I was happy with it for what we paid.
