Service excellent
We have a small baby so the only problem we had was there was no mini fridge in the bedroom to store his bottles but the staff were most helpful & stored them in the bar - it was just a little awkward.
STAY HERE OFTEN BEFORE THIS TIME ROOM WAS VERY SMALL ,ROOM NO 241- DOUBLE BED ,USUALLY KINGSIZE GOOD BREAKFAST. NOT OVERLY IMPRESSED THIS TIME
Attended a wedding there, fabulous ocassion. Service in bar for food not great as the menus never seemed to be available!! Rooms were lovely..
The hotel was lovely, the swimming pool was gorgeous, staff were lovely mostly irish!
staff all very pleasant - always acknowledged you with a quick hello and with a smile - rooms spotless and well maintained as was with all of the hotel - coffee and scones got in the bar are to die for.
Great location for visiting Bunratty Castle and Folk Park! Excellent service!
Excellent staff, very nice property. I had an early departure and they were able to round up a continental breakfast at 6:00 a.m., which some properties wouldn't have dealt with.

We had a very comfortable stay before we flew out of Shannon Airport. Lovely hotel, great value & would definitely stay again.
Everything was excellent and have since recommended the hotel to colleagues. One tiny issue - altho' the restaurant at breakfast time was rather busy it was quite difficult to get a cup of tea, then more difficult to get a top up! Other than that it was a lovely visit. Sincerely Alison Finan
