"Wholesome Irish food, traditional music, song and dance".

Irish traditional music - the music of the people has had a profound influence worldwide and now has an enthusiastic international audience. The fire and vigour inherent in Irish music has its roots in spontaneous performances for small gatherings in the cottages of the peasants.

"Food from the rich earth, music made in heaven".

Join the Earl of Thomond for a glorious banquet. We can promise you a truly enchanting evening from the moment of arrival and your first taste of honey rich mead, through an aristocratic feast accompanied by fine wines and the sweet voices of world famous Bunratty entertainers.

The Bunratty Folk Park with its great barn is a wonderfully authentic setting for a traditional Irish Ceili. Experience the warm welcome of the Fear an Ti (the man of the house) whose solid and prosperous Golden Vale farmhouse you will visit nearby.

Listen to the fiddle, the accordion, the pipes and the bodhran as they combine to create sweet and exhilarating sounds-sounds which inspire the fleet-footed dancer and compliment the vocal skills of the charming singer.

You will dine in simple but delicious style on wholesome, farm fresh Irish produce, including our famous Irish Stew.

We guarantee you an evening of exceptional enjoyment as well as an unforgettable further insight into the lifestyle and traditions of 19th century Ireland.

Twice Nightly, Subject to Demand, from May to October at 5.30 p.m.
and 8.45 p.m.
