The fair turns the clock back to a time when street fairs were a regular occurance in streets the length and breadth of Ireland.

The fair offers all the buying and selling of a traditional Irish fair featuring many rare breeds from times gone by. Fair includes, vintage and classic cars, vintage farm machinery, tractors, stationary engines, motor cycles and commercial bygones.

In addition, many traditional crafts such as basket making, horse shoeing, cooking and sheep sheering will feature.

Virginia is located in the County of Cavan. The town is located on the N3 road that connects Navan and Cavan so there is little difficulty with access. There is golfing and angling locally at Lough Ramor.
