The bedrooms are continental in style and have telephone, TV and tea/coffee trays. Some have their own conservatories; three have fireplaces - help yourself to logs from the shed. There are six guestrooms, each with the added convenience of en-suite facilities. Children and pets are welcome. Ulla’s cooking skills are renowned and she supplies packed lunches, sandwiches, high tea or a 4-course dinner.
Peace and relaxation is a great attraction at Ross House. There is a fine choice of activities at hand from a private pier that has boats (and engines) for fishermen to explore the lake to safe bathing, a sandy beach and tennis. Ross House is also an equestrian centre with all the modern facilities you would expect. You can stable your horse and school it on the sand outdoor arena or have your riding skills improved by the on-site instructors. Enjoy the 400 acres of farm trail or try your hand at the 5km cross-country course.
