Farnham Estate Health Spa is an oasis for guests offering a range of luxury therapies in top class facilities. Take a swim in the amazing infinity pool with great views across the surrounding countryside (adults only). Walk the 7km trails through the estate and from mid 2008, enjoy a round of golf in the championship golf course.

Farnham Estate is located within two hours’s drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 3km from Cavan town.
From Dublin
Take the M3 motorway through Dunshaughlin, Navan and onto Cavan Town. When driving through the town, go straight through the traffic lights and take a left at the next small roundabout, following the Killeshandra/Crossdoney (R198) road. 1km from here, keep left at the fork in the road. Continue past Cavan Golf Club and you will come to the main entrance of the hotel approx. 3km from Cavan town.
From Belfast
Follow the M1 and continue towards the A4 (Enniskillen). At the Ballygawley roundabout, take the first exit onto the A4. When you enter Enniskillen, follow the signs to Cavan going through Derrylin, Belturbet and then into Cavan town. From the town, take the Killeshandra/Crossdoney (R198) road. 1km from here, keep left at the fork in the road. Continue past Cavan Golf Club and you will come to the main entrance of the hotel approx. 4 km from Cavan town.
Rooms
Each of the 146 standard rooms are spread over three floors. They are tastefully furnished and designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The interior of the bedrooms has combined contemporary furnishings with the latest modern amenities. Facilities in the rooms include walk in showers, wireless broadband as well as flat screen LCD televisions.
There are twelve suites in the hotel; eight of these are located in the 400-year-old Farnham House. Each of the suites in the hotel are unique in design and size – you’ll find nothing else like them in all of Ireland.

The Farnham Estate Health Spa is one of the largest in Ireland, covering over 40,000 square feet. It features everything you would wish for in a Spa with 19 treatment rooms, a thermal suite, yoga studio, a well-equipped gym as well as a variety of relaxation rooms and infinity pool.
The Heath Spa & pool are adult only facilities. Guests of the hotel have unlimited use of the facilities.
Golf
The front 9 hotels of the new Jeff Howes designed golf course at Farnham Estate opened this summer (2008). The course is set in 1,300 acres of woodlands and lakes and is a mixture of gentle and challenging holes with bunkers in plentiful supply, manicured fairways and near perfect greens with a wide variety of pin positions catering for all golfers needs.
The Great Outdoors
Without a doubt, a trip to Farnham Estate is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with 7km of breathtaking walking routes. Enjoy the incredible variety of woodland from ancient redwood to copper beech and yew trees. Angling is another great pastime at Farnham Estate and golfing can be played on the championship 18 hole golf course from mid 2008.
