All hotels I have stayed in had complimentary water in your room. In the Radisson you had to pay for it. Children were not allowed in the Health Spa?
Beautiful hotel staff very friendly and helpful
The service from the staff was exceptional from the receptionists to the bar/restaurant staff. The rooms were really well finished and comfortable. Hotel grounds are fantastic.
Evening light food in bar was excellent

Best hotel I have stayed at. Was sorry to have to leave. Very friendly staff. I actually felt sorry to have to go back to the "real" world- its just so relaxing!

The setting is great but hotel is definitely not child-friendly. Real issue over pool - or lack of it. We had 2 or 3 separate issues over service which we reported but which were not addressed
The combination of old estate house and modern building worked exceptionally well. The modern rooms were luxurious and breakfast choice was excellent. The bar drinks and meal prices were a little high.
It was just an overnight as I was attending sales in the Equestrian Centre. My experience, though short, was a very positive one. I will definitely return at some stage. My wife hopes to travel with me in the future and she's the one to check out the leisure facilities.
