Directions to Limestone Lodge from Cavan Town -As you descend down the hill coming into Cavan Town, you will come to a roundabout, the Abbey bar is located on your left, Cavan bus station is on your right, go straight through this roundabout following signs for Limestone Lodge.. -Keep on this road you will pass ‘McCaren direct’ on your left and ‘TOP filling station’ on your right keep going until you come to a fork in the road, keep to the left and follow this twisty road around, passing ‘Cavan golf club’ on your right. -Take the next major right hand turn, at the ‘Grand Gates’ of the Farnham estate continue on this road and take the first left hand turn around by the Farnham golf course. -Keep on the main road all the time; it is a twisty road. Passing such landmarks as the 12 cottages and the old Grathbratan school house. Limestone Lodge is signposted along the way. -You will come to a fork in the road, with a small white cottage on the left, veer off to the left and up the hill (you will now be on a small narrow road)

There are two large conservatories both fitted with comfortable furniture and IPod Music systems. The conservatory off the kitchen also has a glass dining table and seating. There are fabulous views of picturesque farmland and Lough Atrain Lake. They are situated at each end of the house so they catch the sun all day long.
There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet situated downstairs.
Limestone Lodge has a state of the art kitchen with all mod cons including 4 ring gas hob, eye level oven & grill, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. You will want for nothing.
The luxurious and very comfortable lounge area has a 37” LCD SKY TV, DVD Player and IPOD docking station. Two large leather couches perfect for curling up in front of the open log fire. The lounge area is tastefully decorated and perfect for entertaining. There is also another glass dining table and seating also situated in the lounge area. Each room in Limestone Lodge is fitted with dimmer switch lighting, spot lights and lamps to create the perfect ambiance. Limestone Lodge is situated on its own private site, with plenty of secure car parking. There are lockable gates at the entrance to the house grounds. The house is also fully alarmed. We welcome pets and provide an outdoor pet enclosure and dog house. There are two large cobbled stoned areas one at the front and one at the back of the house complete with outdoor furniture, BBQ and water feature. Each patio area has recessed LED lighting and mood lighting in the water feature. Perfect for that summer BBQ!

There is bowling, cinema, leisure centres and indoor children’s play centres. Belturbet, Balyconnell, Butlersbridge are but a few of the small towns around Cavan well worth a visit.
